東富岡支部の組合員さんが大勢参加してくださいました😊
埼玉西協同病院の理学療法士さんが丁寧に指導！
簡単な運動ですが、アッという間に1時間🫡
その後は、みんなで歓談して、歌を唄っている間に２時間が経ってしまいました🎶🎶🎶
